,We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Engineer to join our Customer Success Team!

Responsibilities of Customer Success Engineer:
- To be located in Mersin City Hospital (Mersin Şehir Hastanesi) ,
- To master the processes of all products offered by the company, and to master details of hardware and software used,
- To make sure that the customer is responsible for the software and hardware of Borda products whether they work in the field properly, otherwise forward the matter to the relevant units and ensure to resolve,
- To be the first contact point of the customer in the field and to provide products to encountered cases, problems or specifications in the use of products, to give technical and operational support, to drive users to the correct usage,
- To follow the usage status by measuring the benefit ratio and to work for increasing the benefit of Borda products of the customer, to report the status periodically,
- To announce the new features, reports or KPIs of Borda Products to the customer and to support the use of these features,
- To be able to master the fiction of the processes that the customer uses Borda Products, to create the necessary flow, to make the configurations, to test the system,
- In line with the needs of the customers to whom it is responsible, to create upsell opportunities and to forward the issue to the sales team,
- To give training about Borda Technology products.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Engineering,
- Work experience in healthcare is a plus,
- Excellent analytical and Microsoft Office skills,
- SQL skills are a plus,
- Passion for customers and problem solving,
- Ability to interpret customer requests,
- Have high communication skills with people,
- To have good verbal and written both Turkish and English skills,
- To have no restriction to travel and able to drive.
